How do you ensure beverages don't break during shipping?
We use proprietary reinforced packaging and custom-molded inserts specifically designed for glass bottles and aluminum cans to ensure your order arrives intact and leak-free.
What is your return policy for food and drink items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beverage products. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for events or offices?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of 10 cases or more. Please reach out to our corporate sales team through the 'Bulk Orders' page for a custom quote.
How can I check the expiration dates of the products?
We guarantee that all beverages shipped have a minimum shelf life of at least 60 days unless explicitly stated in a 'Short-Dated' clearance section.
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. boxes?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and weight of beverage crates.
What should I do if my beverage tastes flat or off?
Quality is our priority. If you believe a product is defective or past its prime, please save the packaging and batch code, then contact our support team so we can investigate with the manufacturer.
