Nose: “The alcohol is prominent yet balanced supporting vegetal notes like green bell pepper and asparagus. There is an earthy-ness liked baked potato skins. It also has a slight earthy note of mushroom or root cellar.”

Palate: “On the palate, the 81 is robust, big character, old world in style with a rich creamy viscosity. It is a vodka drinkers vodka. It has a medium finish with very nice and bright acidity and the memory of spice. It leaves me wanting more.”
